As part of our Services, artists may submit content related to their music, including but not limited to song links, album or single artwork, artist names, descriptions, and metadata (“Submissions”). We do not verify ownership, rights, or licensing, and we do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of submitted content.
3.2
By using the Services, you grant SongNotes a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, index, cache, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submissions solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site and the Services.
3.3
If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed, please report it to support@songnotes.io.

4. Using the Site
4.1
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or its Services.
4.2
Only songs, music tracks, or music videos that are publicly available and live on supported digital platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, or TikTok) are eligible for participation in SongNotes programs. Pre-releases or unpublished content may not be accepted.
4.3
We reserve the right to remove users from the platform or restrict access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice or refund, at our sole discretion.
4.4
By using our Services, you consent to the collection of your email address. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, your email address will not be shared with third parties.
4.5
All reviews, feedback, comments, and interactions generated through SongNotes must comply with the community guidelines and terms of service of the respective third-party music platforms.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
